Your contribution
Using your understanding and experience in administration, you will:
coordinate the workflow of payroll related paperwork to and from the shared service agency on behalf of our client
provide advice and problem resolution to our employers staff relating to the external provision of payroll services
prepare appointment letters, memos, role descriptions and other documentation as required
maintain our clients establishment and personnel/payroll records to ensure all staffing information is up-to-date
coordinate our clients Reward and Recognition program
contribute to the delivery of our clients learning and development strategy, activities and events
maintain the People, Culture & Capability mailbox, service desk requests and intranet content (via sharepoint)
provide support to the Senior Business Partner in implementing people & culture activities and projects to support continuous improvement
contribute to the development and commitment to ethical behaviour and our clients corporate values.
This position reports to the Senior Business Partner and has no supervisory responsibilities

There are no mandatory qualifications for this role. Practical experience in Microsoft applications such as Teams and Sharepoint, record keeping software such as HPE Content Manager and Aurion payroll system will be favourably regarded.
