Our client is seeking a Junior BA / Admin employee to join the team in the final stages of the project. This is a busy role, not a complex role. 

The successful candidate will:

Support the Implementation Managers by following a pre-defined implementation model with
business engagement resources and scripts. This will include:
o delivering virtual workshops with business unit leaders and subject matter experts
o eliciting business information through targeted and responsive questioning
o accurately documenting workshop outputs using defined templates
o presenting analysed information back to business unit staff to validate and refine, through verbal
and written engagement.
• Analyse information repositories (SharePoint, network drives) and translate/convert to determine and
document standardised titling conventions.
• Support the Implementation Managers to drive comprehension of project messaging, including
balancing business expectations against project scope.

Candidate background will include:

• Minimum 2+ years undertaking roles involving business analysis and/or business engagement
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills, internally within a project team as well
as outward facing to business units.
• Demonstrated experience working under tight timeframes and balancing competing priorities.
• Demonstrated experience using virtual engagement tools e.g. Microsoft Teams.

What they don’t need:
– Someone to come in and challenge / change existing processes. – Previous I.T experience
Interview process:

– Interview will be held over Teams. They will require you to do a 4 slide presentation around logic flows. They want to see how you present and communicate.- Interviews to be held around 10 November 2021- Answer qualifying questions
