Your contribution
Using your understanding and experience in compliance, you will:

  • process levy revenue and project finalisation using the customer relationship management and finance systems
  • reconcile the project accounting information provided by stakeholders against their project notification
  • provide accurate and timely advice to customers and other stakeholders about our client’s role and the services we provide
  • interpret and apply our policies and procedures (based on our legislation) when providing information to customers and other stakeholders
  • communicate face-to-face, in writing and via telephone with customers and other stakeholders in a clear, professional and polite way
  • promote our client’s role and the services we provide to customers and other stakeholders to improve awareness of the schemes we administer
  • ensure correct processes are followed by clients and report and/or follow up on non-compliance
  • accurately update and maintain registers of customer information, files and records and record issues and keep file notes in accordance with work procedures
  • suggest improvements to systems, work practices and processes 
  • build and sustain positive productive team relationships to support a changing business environment and customer needs and expectations
  • communicate clearly, concisely and openly using an adaptive style and approach.

This position reports to the Supervisor, Levies & Wage Based Compliance has no supervisory responsibilities.
