As a result of increased business, our client is looking for an experienced Press Machine Operator / Powder Coater to join their fantastic team in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.
This is for an afternoon shift – temp to perm assignment. Overtime is regularly available. The suitable candidate should have past experience in manufacturing roles.
Tasks will include:
- Operating press machine
- Powder coating steel and metal products
- Loading the tooling
- Filling out paperwork and packing products.
- Ensuring quality control is met
- Following work orders
Skills and experience:
- Experience in operating press machine
- Experience in powder coating
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and safe work practices
- Hold a car License with own reliable transport
- Experience in Sheet Metal (not essential)
- Hold a forklift licence
- Gantry Crane experience is advantageous (not essential)
