Synergy Placements is a boutique recruitment agency with Head Office located within Inner Brisbane’s beautiful Teneriffe. Specialising in Logistics, ICT, Manufacturing, and Trades & Labour across Queensland, with a presence in other states. Your new role

Working within our Manufacturing and Logistics Divisions, you will be an integral part of our high-performing team. This role will require you to proactive and reactive for business needs. With training, you will eventually be tasked to:

  • Provide outstanding service to your candidates, taking a genuine interest in their career aspirations and building strong relationships with them
  • Conduct pre-registration calls with candidates assessing their qualifications and experience against job requirements
  • Arrange and attend interviews with candidates and manage the interview process from registration through to placement
  • Be proactive in understanding client requirements, building a pool of talent which will allow a seamless transition
  • Attend client meetings and understand how our clients’ businesses work
  • Be able to build rapport with existing clients, understand their requirements, and develop a relationship to become a primary point of contact

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a go-getter, someone who wants to advance their career and dive two feet into a new role (or potentially career)! To be successful in this role you may have some of the following traits or prior experience:

  • Prior experience in agency recruitment (blue or white collar) – desired
  • Prior experience with internal recruitment – desired
  • Strong administration skills and excellent phone manner
  • Passion for relationship building and ability to develop rapport
  • Experience working in a sales environment
  • Team-player mentality with a desire to advance the not only yours but business goals
  • Willingness to stretch yourself, get out of your comfort zone and accelerate your career
