At Synergy Placements we only conduct face-to-face interviews in the context of an actual role for which you apply, and where it appears that you may be among the strongest of applicants. We simply do not waste your time or ours interviewing you if we do not have something that’s of interest.


Utilizing Resources

Being a boutique company we would rather utilise our resources in finding more job opportunities for candidates to apply for.

For specific job vacancies, depending on your suitability, we will talk to our clients about you and arrange interviews on your behalf. This will only happen once we have spoken to you to gain your permission to present you to our client.

Before you meet with any of our clients we will talk you through each role in detail, guide you through the interview process and tell you all you need to know about the client and the position.

Candidates are very important to us. Here are some of the services that we provide to our candidates…Assessment and Guidance Service.

We will review and provide guidance on your:

– LinkedIn profile
– CV Format and Content
– Cover Letter
– Interview style
– Career objectives
– Ideal companies from a cultural fit perspective

We commit to engage with you in the following manner:

– Contact you the week before you commence your new role to ensure you are ready to start
– Call at the end of the first week to see if you have settled into your role
– Call at the end of the first month
– Call at the end of your third month and every sixth months after

We commit to engage with you in the following manner:

– Contact you the day you commence your contract to ensure you are ready to start
– Provide you with online Safety Induction training
– Weekly salary payments
– Timesheet entry via online portal
– Follow up fortnightly to ensure you are still doing well in your contracting role
– Re-negotiate your contract early to ensure continuance.
